    Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. However, I am not happy with Van Horn's decision to pass along a service charge for using a credit card. I specifically have a GM MasterCard to help with my purchase of my next vehicle, and I don't feel I should have to "pay" to use a GM sponsored card at a GM dealership.

    I had a rear tire blow out when I was pulling my 5th wheel home from camping two weeks ago. When I arrived to the dealership on my spare with the shredded tire in the bed, the service dept. and parts department helped me select the best tires and got me in for a complete service inspection. I am now preparing to head out camping again next week without missing a beat! Thanks to the people at Joe Van Horn Chevrolet!

    Van Horn in Plymouth was recommended to me by Joe Cardarelle, a family member, who works with Van Horn used car division after I had experienced significant frustration with a different dealer. Salesman Travis and Sales Manager Anthony were very attentive and professional. Travis invited me to come in to test drive a 2025 Equinox to be sure I liked the features and ride which I appreciated. Travis searched a number of dealers to find exactly the car I wanted and found one within days. We had a great experience at Van Horn! Thank you.
